Orders placed with Crimson Japan (CJPN) leave our HQ within 1–2 business days, packed and booked onto a fully-tracked service; we always select the carrier option that offers the shortest published ETA for your postcode at the moment of dispatch.

ETA for stock on-hand: 1-10 days, depending if its domestic or international. (however keep in mind these are estimates.)

ETA for Import Services: Based on selected option, the time it takes for you to receive your order can be between 1-3 weeks and 1-3 months (such massive difference is due to our options including budget-friendly shipping, via sea instead of air, which tends to be a lot more expensive but significantly quicker.)

The only exception is any order tagged “Import Services”—items that we are still bringing in from Japan; those ship domestically as soon as the inbound container clears UK customs, and the dispatch confirmation you receive will show the same end-to-end tracking number our warehouse receives.

Once a parcel has been handed to the courier its routing, customs processing and final-mile schedule are outside CJPN’s control, so any in-transit delay or address query must be taken up directly with the carrier quoting the tracking reference we provided in your shipment-confirmation e-mail. We monitor every tracking feed and will assist with lost-parcel claims when the carrier’s own delivery timeframe has expired, but CJPN cannot refund or compensate for delays that occur after collection.
