After you contact us on our socials or by clicking HERE, we will take any initial idea and work with you to truly understand what it is that you seek to obtain from Japan.

After we settle on what item or even items you are after, we will proceed with scouring various Japanese Domestic Markets to find the thing you seek.

This process can take anywhere from a day to a few months until we find one you are content with. This also means we will only proceed with next steps after we confirmed you are fully happy with our findings.

After the item has been found and sourced, and also checked wherever its possible to be shipped to our warehouse, we will proceed with payments and having the item shipped to a Japanese warehouse.

Then you will be given options of shipping, each with varying shipping times. We are able to provide cheaper shipping if your order is shipped in bulk with our own stock. This can mean receiving your items may take longer than usual.

However, we do offer the option to have your order shipped priority, although this is pricier, the shipping times are greatly reduced because we bypass shipping in bulk and ship out your order to our HQ separate.

After the item arrives at our HQ from Japan, whether thats with our bulk orders or as a separate priority order, we will inspect and repackage products whilst retaining as much of original packaging as possible unless you have stated otherwise.

The reason we do this is to ensure a more secure shipping process to you from our HQ, however if you'd like weight reduced and potentially benefit from shipping savings because of it, we do have the option to downsize our packages, just let us know before we ship it.

After its all been packed and your package has been dropped off to our couriers, the package will be on the way to you.
